Convert SRT to VTT caption file Premier Pro

Hi, does anyone know of a secure way to convert an SRT file to VTT for captions? I am working with proprietary information on a video and I don't see a way to export a VTT file in premier. Using a VTT file is required on the sharing platform, an SRT will not work.

I ran into the same issue, so I put together a simple SRT to VTT converter here: https://neatscribe.com/subtitle-converter

You can preview the output before downloading it. It may be useful as a quick workaround until Premiere supports VTT export directly.

Curious if you ever found a secure solution for this, we are currently looking for one.

There are a number of converters available. The issue is whether you need styling/position information, or just what PR carries in the srt (which is very little).

My specific inquiry is related to the original poster's question regarding *secure* solutions for proprietary information. I'm really not interested in solutions that aren't secure, as you pointed out those are easy enough for anyone to find.
