Convert very large file into several small files- band practice Songs

I have several very long band practice videos two 2 1/2 hours and 1- 90 minutes that I’m trying to extract the songs in separate files using Premier Pro. Can somebody assist me with the fastest way to do that? I have two cameras so everything has been recorded on each.

What are you having questions with? You can edit each song seperate, right. Just put the long file in, and put an edit at the start and finish of each song, and delete the stuff on either side of that.
