Cooperative work in Adobe Premiere. (Mirroring or remote acces)

Hi all!!

I woud like to know if any of you has some experience working and synchronizing hard drives and projects with Premiere. THe case-in-point is that the director of a short film we're finishing is in Germany and I, as an editor, will work from Colombia. We both have the same hard drive with the very same files and names.

What do you recommend? Any suggestion or experience is welcomed.
