"Copy Paste Includes Sequence Markers" in Premiere Pro CC

I am trying to copy a portion (markers, clips, and effects)  from a sequence in one project to a different sequence in a different project. I successfully copied and pasted the clips, effects, and audio files, but I am having difficulty with getting the markers to tag along with the rest. I do have the “Copy Paste Includes Sequence Markers” option checked off under the “Markers” tab on the top of the interface. This option seemed to work correctly when copying and pasting while working within the same sequence, however I am not sure why it did not work between two separate projects. I need help ASAP (editing and producing a huge project for showing tomorrow)!

What can I do? What am I doing wrong? Is this actually possible?

Thanks!

the marker must start a little later than the clip and finish earlier than the end of the clip.

in other words - to be on the inside of the clip on a shorter length than the clip itself.

In which version of APPro this command was introduced: "Copy Paste Includes Sequence Markers".

2. And were users not able to copy paste markers before that?

3. What's the diff between Chapter Markers and normal markers?

4. Are Audio markers suppose to show on the linked video's bottom also?

Thanks.
