Copying an After Effects Composition from one Premiere Team Project to another

Hello, I need help with my situation.

So, im currently editing a large project in a team of 5. Our workflow involves cutting stuff together in Premiere pro and doing some motion tracking in after effects with dynamic linking. Seing as this project is very big, I've decided to try and split up multiple "sub-teamprojects" that lead into the main project because After effects wasnt loading up (obviously because the project is too big). 

Ive successfully split up the project and even edited a clip in my sub-project along with adding an after effects composition. So now, when i want to copy paste everything ive worked on from the sub-project into the main project, it doesnt copy and paste. Ive tried adding the clip plus composition multiple ways but none of them worked. Lateron ive realized that it is just the composition that doesnt wanna copy from one team project to another. This was the only reason i wanted to create a sub-team project. So that i could use After Effects normally. Ive already tried deleting the media cache and so on but i still cant copy an AE comp from one premiere team project to another.

Is there a fix for that?
