Corrupted Video Export Issue in Premiere Pro 24

Hi everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with Adobe Premiere Pro 24 where my video exports are corrupted or display incorrectly. I've attached a screenshot of what the exported video looks like. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I forgot to mention in my original post that the issue occurs specifically when exporting in H.264 format. The video exports perfectly fine in HEVC (H.265) format. Any insights on why this might be happening?

If you are using 24.4.1 and using a Nvidia graphics card update to the most current Studio Driver.

If not

Please post comp specs, Premiere version and build.
Also screenshots of MediaInfo info in Treeview on footage used, sequence settings
