Hi guys, yesterday i wanted to use the trial of Premiere Pro CC but when i try to launch it i get this error when loading ImporterQuicktime.prm :
"Could not find any capable video play modules. Please update your video display drivers and start again."

- I actually have an AMD GPU R9 390, with latest drivers.

- I also have an Intel integrated GPU but i disabled it in device manager and BIOS. (I've also tried to run it without disabling the Intel gpu, but it didn't work)

- I have tried to launch the setup and also the program itself as an administrator.

- I am currently on the Administrator user.

What do i have to do?

The error was caused by one of the following programs:

Speedfan

MSI Afterburner

RivaTuner Statistic Server

the problem is that I use these 3 softwares in order to control my speed fans, GPU use and temperatures, do I have to close them every time I need to use Premiere Pro?

Same here, I have just purchased a Thinkpad P50 wich surprised me with an intel graphics card besides the Quadro M2000 and every time I enable dedicated grapghics premiere wont run.  I checked the steps at the article but nothing yet.   I was hoping not to have this kind of trouble when buying a computer with an Adobe recommended graphics card, please help !

Premiere cc 2019 was working last night. This morning it gives me this error message. Display drivers (nVidia) are up to date. Un-installed and re-installed premiere. still have the same issue. Also, After effects seems to not work either.

I've noticed that if I try to run Premier as soon as Windows' boot ends, it opens just fine. So there must be some service that turns on later and screws everything, but how can I check?

Try the steps listed here that you haven't tried yet:

Error "Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules" | Startup

I've followed every step.

I already had Microsoft Visual  C ++ 2015 redistributable installed.

My documents folder is mapped to another HDD but it is filled just for 1/5 of its size.

My Antivirus and firewall are both turned off.

My AMD has switchable graphics tecnology, but since i've disabled the Intel GPU this shouldn't be the cause.

I've already disabled GPU from Bios.
