Premiere Pro 2024 Could not retrieve the "My Documents" folder location. The application will make use of a temporary folder for this session; certain temporary or custom files may require re-creation.

I totally removed Preniere Pro 2024 and this bug still exists. I moved the files to the desktop for greater room and still cant export.... blue spinning circle. Program running fine and then over night this problem.... any cures ?

That means that either the OS has set those files 'protected' and Premiere doesn't have authorization/permissions to access them to write to, or that something like OneDrive or Dropbox has done the same thing.
