I'm trying to install the Storyblocks plug-in for Premiere Pro CC and keep getting "Couldn't install plug-in | Error code 1001". I tried all the suggested fixes in the Adobe Help field (see below) Make sure that both Adobe Exchange and Creative Cloud have the same user accounts. Sign in with the same credentials on both the Adobe Exchange website and the Creative Cloud desktop app. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app and select Help > Check for updates to refresh your plugin entitlements. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
