couper une vidéo sans modifier la qualité et le volume

Bonjour à tous,

Je possède premiere pro 2021 et j'ai des vidéos ou je veux simplement couper le début et la fin.

Le problème est qu'une fois exporté la vidéo triple de taille. 

Quel réglage dois-je faire pour concerver la qualité de la vidéo d'origine sans en augmenter la taille ?
