CPU 100% . Slow work premiere

I have an AMD 5950X processor.

The latest version of Premiere added a tab: EDIT-Preferences--Media Analysis & Transcript. After installation, this option is enabled. The active Virtual Analysis option did 100% of the processing, making installation impossible.
