CPU error message while creating video transitions

Hello everyone, 

since the last update of Premiere Pro today, I have the following problem. I always get the following error   message when I apply a video transition: 'Effect requires GPU acceleration.' Therefore, I cannot use video  transitions. If any of you have a solution for this problem, I would appreciate a message.
