Hi,

I’m having a problem with a multi-cam project.

When I put to tracks of audio on top of eachother even when I mute one of them the sounds start crackeling.

There is just 1 stereo track audio, and I checked if its overblown and if audio fx are causing this problem, but non of this the issue.

When I turn down the volume of the computer or premiere or the tracks or the master fader, nothinh seems to stop the crackeling.

I run version 12.1.1 of premiere on a windows 8.1 machine.

Its just this project. So what do I do?

thanks,

Olaf

The only time I've experienced what you are referring to was when I was working with a bunch of MP3 audio files. I converted them to WAV and the problem went away.
