Crash with no report option. Just abruptly exits like I Alt-F4'd or something.

Only happens when I load an exiting project or begin a new one. So I can't use the app. I'm at my wits end. I've watched countless "Crash Fix" tutorial videos. I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything including Creative Cloud. Changed screen resolutions. Changed all kinds of settings. I can't figure it out. 

Computer Specs:

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11375H @ 3.30GHz 3.30 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB

(I kept trying to attach a video file of it happening but it wouldn't upload. It was 9MB....)
