Crashes still, year after year we pay for crashing adobe trash

Recommended fixes are what, go back to an earlier version? I already spent the entire year of 2022 on 2021 because 2022 was so broken. 2023 the software updated without me asking it to so I figured I'd try and the bugs that stopped me from updating in 2022 were gone but I've since experienced many more bugs like Photoshop causing Premiere to crash and now more recently just randomly crashing in the middle of an edit.

As you can see above it's recommending  I upgrade to the same version I already have below, so stupid as usual:

This is how pathetic adobe is, the bug reporting/recommended fixes are even broken. At first I'm amazed but then I'm like, well, I shouldn't be amazed at this point since I've been going with this company for over a decade. Meanwhile we're paying thousands more than for a more stable program like Davinci. Only, I'm so deep trapped in Adobe trash the only way out would be to start over too many projects

It recommends I "Start update" and this literally does nothing:

Thanks adobe

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
