CRASHING

All I do is open an app, this pops up and I click any button and it crashes the application. How do I fix it

    Sorry, not seeing any information on that screen shot, it's just a blank window with "premiere pro" at the top. Is there supposed to be something else there?

     

    Also please post information about your computer, the version of Premiere Pro you are trying to launch and whether your Adobe subscription is current and paid for.
