Crashing When Double Clicking File in Project Window

Question

I regrettably upgraded from trusty CC 19 to 21, and I've found that my program is consistently crashing when I double-click on a file in the program window--the faster I move, the more it happens. I've had 10 crashes in the last two hours. Does anyone know what's going on?

Mac 11.2.3

3 GHz 10-Core Intel Xeon W

Radeon Pro Vega 64 16 GB

Hello Tommy,

I wonder if clearing your preferences and trashing your media cache would help.
