Crawl text starting halfway through clip

Hi, haven't been able to find an answer for this in regards to the latest premiere pro:

I have a one minute long clip that I want my crawling titles to go across for the entire duration. Instead, they start halfway through the clip. I've messed with a bunch of different settings but I can't seem to get the text to start scrolling immediately.
