crawling Text animation for a logo

Hi everyone, Im a newbie to all of adobe and animation but have some experience in photoshop.

Ive been tasked with trying to create an animation for a textual logo and was looking for some advice on what product to use from creative cloud and if anyone had any tutorials or links or advise on what this animation is called or if its possible to do!

basically lets say i have a title called "Saturn" , id like each individual letter to sort of fly in (like its crawling on top of the page like an overlay) and then form together to create the text Saturn and then it moves from the middle into the top left corner. Ive no idea what the animation is called or what product to use to do it with.

im just not sure what to search for to get the tutorials. ould be grateful if anyone can advise
