Create Sidecar File Naming Cleanup

In Premiere, if I export a video with a sidecar file for captions, I will get a file that is named "Project.mp4.srt". It would save a step going forward if this could be adjusted to eliminate the addition of the video file's extension in the filename, so that the resulting file would simply be "Project.srt" instead.
