Create video using webcam

I'm coming back to Premiere after being away for a little while.  I've noticed on my Macbook Air Apple M2 (OS Sonoma 14.5) that I cannot create a raw recording using the built-in webcam.  I can't tell if that source is not yet supported with Premiere 24.4.1 Build 2, or if I'm missing something.
