Creating a new team project from a local autosave.

Can anyone tell me how to make a new team project from a local autosave (not published) of a team project? I have a team project that will not open and the cloud versions are either too

old or won't open either. Tech support has been entirely useless and a massive waste of time so any step by step instructions of guidance would be super appreciated.
