Creating closed captioning

Hi,

I'm attempting to create CC for a :30 spot. I've followed the steps, created new captions,

put it on the timeline, double clicked it, but in the Captions window,

I don't get the window to type in the text. And there's no + & - buttons at the bottom.

What ya think?

There is an issue with CC and custom workspaces.

Reset Workspace: Reset to saved layout,

and try again.
