Creating markers using a text file

Hi everyone,

I’m working on an animation where a ball repeatedly bounces off a surface, and I’ve generated a text file that lists the frame numbers where each collision occurs. My next step is to import the animation into Premiere Pro and manually place sound effects at each collision point, which will take a considerable amount of time as there are hundreds of frames involved.

To streamline this process, is there any way to import the data from the text file into Premiere Pro to automatically create markers on the timeline at the specified frames? Even better, is it possible to automatically position the start of a sound effect at each of these frames?

I’m open to any suggestions that could make this task more efficient, as I anticipate doing this quite frequently in the future.
