Creating Queue Items From Project needs to be manually cancelled.

Question

1) Editing timeline.2)  Export>Send to Media Encoder3) "Creating Queue Items From Project" appears, then hangs with progress bar stopping half way4) Hitting Cancel shows that the queue has been added to AME, which then exports correctly.

Are Premiere Pro and Media Encoder both up to date, and what version are they? Is the progress bar issue only happening with a specific sequence or a specific project?
