Creative Cloud not showing apps

I own Premiere Pro as an individual app on my PC. I recently purchased the Photoshop/Lightroom subscription on my Macbook and now it says I have to buy Premiere again? I still have it installed and working on my PC and don't want to pay for it twice if I already own the program.

What is the exact version of Premiere Pro? Is it CC or CS6?

If CC, make sure both apps should be linked to the same Adobe ID.

The Premiere I have on my PC is up to date, and yes both subscriptions are linked with this account
