Creative cloud registration bugs

Since I updated to premiere pro 2024, I get this message shortly after I start working on my project: Backup project registration on Creative Cloud requires a creative cloud files directory.
Install the Creative cloud desktop application on your computer to enable this function. Then premiere pro stops working and I have to close it.... Can anyone help me solve this problem ?
