Correct answer AnnikaKoenig

i already had a remote sesssion with agent like 3 hours ago they tried various method but none of them worked and later they hang up on me

I found one of your crash logs in our system. Looks like that crash at least is related to the specific video file. I will send you another DM. We are very interested in taking a look at that file if possible.

things you might try:

- delete the media cache (Preferences: Media Cache)

- export through Premiere Pro, not Media Encoder

- Transcode the footage into Quicktime Prores (I know you said nothing is wrong with it, but since time is of the essence for you...)

- I will reach out to you in a DM to see if we have crash logs from your user ID

Hi @Dhruv28155085qmcq,

I'm sorry that the steps given did not help your issue. If you would like to work with Adobe video and audio support directly one-on-one, it's possible. Please do the following:

  1. Make sure to sign into your Adobe account. Allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.
  2. Click here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. This will automatically open the chat window.
  3. Type "Agent" in the chat box to be connected to a live agent.
  4. When you get an agent, ask to be connected to the video queue. These are agents that are specially trained to handle issues related to digital video and audio.

Sorry for the issue.

Thanks,

Kevin
