CS5 - Deleted saved files.

Hello everyone, last night I was told to hold down CTRL+ALT+SHIFT while my Adobe Premiere CS5 Pro was booting up to reset the settings or interface within the editing studio. Once I did that it seems that, all my saved Premiere files seem to be deleted. What happened? Thank you for your help, I need to recover this video for a meeting at work tomorrow!

This action does not delete files from your system.

Your welcome screen is empty because of this action.

Use Explorer/Finder to locate your project if you do not know were you saved it.

My save is gone though. I did use Windows Explorer to search for it. Do you have any recommendations? Thank you.

As Ann says, that did not delete any project files. Those are still exactly where they were. Search for .prproj files in your computer.
