CS6: change the default font in the titler

How do I change the default font in the TITLER in Premiere CS6? I used to have it as Ariel but now it has changed to something unsuitable and I can't reset it. Many thanks. Pete

    Couldn't seem to follow that tip but I have found a work-around. Thanks again. Pete
