CS6: How to render a clip to timeline - I want to render a clip with all its effects to timeline

I want to render a clip in Premier CS6 to timeline. Basically, the clip would render to a file and it would automatically replace itself on the timeline. In Blackmagic Resolve there is an option to do so. 
I am looking for this option in Premier. Please help if anyone knows about this.

    Render and Replace: no such option in CS6. You will have to upgrade to CC if you want this feature.

    I tried to render and replace an Plugin effect. it didnt even show enabled.
