Cuando hago click en "exportar medios" Premiere no abre la ventana y deja de responder el programa

NECESITO AYUDA. Tengo un problema al exportar y es que no me sale la pestaña al hacer click en exportar medios premiere deja de funcionar, y tengo que cerrarlo. El programa me funciona normal excepto porque no me deja exportar (no me sale ni la ventana y simplemente se cuelga) he probado de todo, desinstalarlo, actualizar drivers de la tarjeta gráfica y ya no que hacer. Hay forma de exportar por adobe media encoder sin tener que abrir la ventana de exportación de premiere? Es posible que haya creado algún fallo en la tarjeta gràfica al actualizar el driver? No se trata del proyecto porque he probado con muchos./
