Cursor is stuck.

So, my Premiere was lagging, and when I tried to move a clip, it was rejected and the cursor stayed on this design of a fist and a monochrome “no” sign. It isn’t like this on other tabs, the cursor is fine until it hits the adobe premiere tab; It goes back and I can’t click anything. The program itself isn’t frozen, but the cursor is I guess? I don’t want to restart my process that I’ve been working on for 5 hours, so any way I can fix this??
