Hello everyone.

I had to do a full Recovery on my computer, Therefore I had to reinstall Premiere Pro. In the past I save my keyboard shortcuts file under this folder:

C-User-Username-Documents-Adobe Premiere Pro-26-Profile-Win

Also, I copied it Inside Profile, and still not showing

Thanks.

    UPDATE: UPDATE

    Ok now its working. I deleted the Custom key.kys files, Later I copy paste the keybord shortcut.Kys files into the Win Folder, and now its working.

    In other words, the keyboard shortcut.Kys files must be under the Win Folder

    Thanks

    If your folder permissions are set wrong, Premiere can’t see the file ... so check the folder permissions. I’ve had that issue before. And it took a while of futzing to figure out which set of permissions would finally do the job.

    @animationlife,

    Are you saying that you copied your old [custom].kys to that location and can’t see it inside PR?

    If i save it, iow the .kys file,  to C:\Users\Username\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\26.0\Profile-Name\Win i can see it in Premiere if i Alt+Shift+K and select it in the Preset drop down menu.

    I noticed that you wrote 26 instead of 26.0 in the file path, make sure to use 26.0 instead of 26. :)
