Custom Preset Hotkeys?

Hello,

I am wondering if there is any plugins or a native way to apply custom presets I create and save, to be assigned a hotkey. I use a streamdeck and want to be able to click a button to apply effects to adjustment layers without having to thumb through my folders in the presets bins.

I have read that Adobe doesn't offer the keyboard API, but I have hopes someone has a homebrew work around. I could create macros that do it for me by taking over the mouse, but I'd be at the mercy of anything moving and creating a big... big... problem.
