Cuts in my timeline have returned to the start of the source clip

Hey everyone,

Hoping someone can help out with this. 

After about a month of not touching it, I've returned to a Premiere Pro file to find that all of the cuts on v1, v2 and v3 (see attached) have returned to the very start of the source clip.

This is all of my A roll for this project. Interestingly the B roll has the original cuts intact.

Any thoughts on what could have gone wrong here?

I've tried opening old autosaves and they're the same.
