Quite a number of users have wanted a rebuild of Premiere's screen usage for years.

First, as noted, the Project panel issue is a right pain. I work in Productions mode, with the Productions panel with all projects inside it on my left monitor. Yet ... one or more 'open' projects, on launching the Production, jump to the lower left quadrant panel group on the main screen.

And I have to find them, and move them BACK. Annoying.

Next, if you DO create a panel group on another screen, it's a manual process, and ... if one line of pixels crosses over to another monitor space, you're gonna get weird wonkas. Because this is all built from the upper left pixel of the OS recognizes screen 1.

Rather than ... by the monitor, as you show in the Resolve example. That's actually one of the very few UI things I like better in Resolve.

And yea, I'll bring this up again at NAB next month ... as always ...

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

Imagine my frustration when I gave Resolve a try and discovered that they had a specific setting for 'Dual Screen'.
