Damaged image during playback - premiere cc 2018

Hey there!

Some problems during editing on premiere CC 2018: everything was working normal until a week ago when the  same images, without any changing, began to handle these problems as you can see below - in these two frames.

It's happening, mainly, in images shot in slow motion or in images in which the speed reduction effect was applied.

I already cleaned the cache out, opened in other mac, created new project, new timeline;  but nothing changed.

Can you guys help me?

I'm using a MacOs High Sierra, 2,5 GHZ, intel Core i7, 16gb, 1600 mHz, ddr3.
