Decrease the audio before putting in the sequence

Question

I have two basic doubts. One is to decrease or increase the audio I'm choosing before putting it in the sequence. and another is to find the audio I'm listening to in the source window inside my project (in my workspace)

Hey Danicadani,

Welcome to Adobe community. By decrease or increase do you mean the audio volume? If so, then you can right click on the file in Project Panel and select Audio Gain to adjust the volume. You can right click on the source monitor and select Reveal in Project to reveal the file in the Bin. If you wish to find a file in the timeline, use Ctrl + F (cmd + F on Mac).
