Deep Dive Into Clip Fx Editors

I am looking for documentation and/or videos that do a deep dive into Clip Fx Editor(s) for different video and audio effects such as the Denoise effect for audio.

I'm wanting more than a "how-to-use-this" tutorial video. I'm wanting a detailed explanation of every part of the editor.  Like for this example: What does the red part at the top represent vs the blue part at the bottom?  I'm looking for documentation I can go through for myself for each effect in Premiere Pro, so I can get a deep, detailed understanding of each effect I am working with.  Does Adobe have this available? Thanks.
