When I apply an audio transition, it defaults to the fade shape Cosine @ 19 fade value.

Is there a setting to have it default to Linear @ 0 ?

Hi curtis_1799,

Welcome to the community! The simplest workflow to achieve a Linear Fade Shape with Fade Value of 0 is to use Constant Gain. This defaults to a Linear Fade Shape with no additional adjustments needed. To set it as a default transition, you may navigate to Effects > Audio Transitions > Crossfade, right-click on Constant Gain & click Set Selected as Default Transition.

Hope it helps.

Thanks,

Sumeet

Curtis, were you able to find a workaround? I have been frustrated by this too. Wish the fade shape value had a default setting so I could edit it.
