Default Transition duration in premiere 2024

When I click on set default transition dulation I am taken to the Sync dialogue in preferances instead. 

Premiere Pro 2024 v24.5.0.057

    Might want to reinstall program and use cleaner tool.

    Sync Settings are no longer in 2024.5.

    It should read Timeline.
