default transition to multiple clips

Hi all,

I'm trying to add my dafult tranistion to multiple clips. I've tried selecting all my clips and then cltr+D but it doesnt seem to do anything. Is it not possible to add to default to multi clips anymore or am I missing a step? I'm on a Mac so not sure if the shortcut is different to my old PC.

Thanks all, on further investigation I've realised I hadn't reset my keyboard back to default lol. all working now

It's working here on a PC.

'all my clips' means clips in one track, next to each other with extra frames (handles) on the clips to accept the dissolve?

Apply default transition to selection is found under Sequence: you will have to set your own keyboardshortcut.
