definition of editing stories , hardware problems, and motion graphics

I noticed over the years that users of editing programs, on multiple hardware platforms, and new fancy motion graphics etc., have problems making things WORK.

put source in, match project with source, export .. kinda simple theoretically.

Mostly this forum is hardware problems now... no longer editing ( depending on how you define the word 'editing' )

If we tell a STORY ( which is what MY DEFINITION is of 'editing' is all about )

then this forum is a laughing stock and lame.

Is there anyone here who actually cares about this ???  Like, instead of just getting more young people signed up for hand in pocket by Adobe , there is some sort of EDITING help available ??
