Deflicker

Hi, i have a shot where some images of a tv news report is watched through the screen of a smartphone. It flickers  I have tried different methods ( put 2 copies of the shot one on top of the other reducing opacity,  used de flicker ,played with lumetri color) and nothing worked. Any advice?
