Dehancer Pro

Hello! I use Dehancer Pro and until now it was working correctly. However, yesterday, the program crashed and the plugin stopped appearing in the "film emulation" on the "effects" page. I've tried uninstalling and installing Premiere and nothing... Does anyone know?
