Delayed MOGRT in rendered file

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing delayed start of MOGRTs in exported videos WHEN I USE MEDIA ENCODER. The MOGRTs starts exactly when I want while I'm editing my video. When I look at the exported video, some of the MOGRTs are delayed by several seconds. Has anyone experienced this before? What should I be looking at?

More details:

• 11 occurances of the same MOGRT (with different texts).
• Only the first two occurances of my MOGRT occur at the edited time in the exported file. In the edit (i.e. before exporting), they are all on time. They are also on time in ME Preview, but I see the delay in ME Output Preview. 
• I tried to export just a small part of the video (range:custom). No difference (also delayed). 
• I tried replacing occurance 3 of my MOGRT (delayed) with a copy of occurance 1 (no delay). Again, after export, there is a delay. 
• I tried putting some of the delayed MOGRTs on different video tracks. Again, after export, there is a delay. 
• There is no delay when EXPORTING DIRECTLY FROM PPRO.

I'm a newbie at AE and have created the MOGRT myself, so it is absolutely possible I messed up something in my MOGRTs, but they look fine while I edit in PPro.
