Desperately need help fixing timeline/rendering

video is the one of the "variations" of this bug. sometimes it will load everything just fine, including the part after the intro, and then the timeline will just stop pausing or playing, and other times it will crash and freeze.

I have been editing this file with no problems all day, i havent added anything weird for it to start doing this. but because i dont know when this started anymore, ill just say what ive done.
I cleared my media chace,
i changed memry allocation from 11gb to 13 gb,
i changed the codec from apple prores to h.264,
I updated my nividia studio and game drivers,
tried to export it while it was still working and got a premiere pro export h264 error selector 9 code 3

PLEASE HELP THIS ASSIGNMENT IS DUE TOMORROW 😞

You may have already turned in your project, but I echo Ann's questions. I'd also be curious to know what happens if you disable third-party plug-ins.

If the pngs have 3 effects that amount to about 20 effects at one time.

This looks like a transition

Can you export sections of the timeline out to prores and put that on the timeline then do the full export?

i feel liike its worth mentioning but i can run this sequence on my laptop with all the files offline, currently working on poriting the project files to my laptop

theres a maximum of 3 on all images
which are a slide in motion preset ( i found online so maybe sketchy )
fast blur out
and twirl out (premiere pro effects

dont know what you mean by transition, there arent any in the screenshot, or near it, i just moved the image up a feiw video tracks and it bricked

How many effects are stacked on those pngs?

Which transition is used (red bar).

UPDATE!!! this worked really well for about 2 minutes, and then the problem kept happening again, playback going black once i moved an image above another in the timeline, this then immediatley "bricked" the playback

By the way for anyone who stubles across this make sure the sequence or project ( that is updated to the newest version )your importing is updated by opening the original file in the newest version and converting it in a new file under a different name, so that if it crashes it still makes the file properly

I did this and it crashed in about the same way that it was crashing before without any descernable difference. I can include the crash logs if requested?

Make new project and import the old one.

See how that goes.
