Did PP Update 23.4 corrupt my essential graphics panel???

Wow, out of nowhere suddenly the search engine in my essential graphics is not working at all. 

I did a search and noticed this problem has been reported in the past, but none of the suggestions have worked for me including but not limited to reboots, restarts, clearing media cache, setting the renderer to software only, pray the rosary, etc...

For what it's worth, the search is working with the Adobe Stock mogrts, but failing on the "My Templates" side of things.
