Difficulty using Multicam feature in Premiere Pro 2019

It's my first time using Premiere Pro and I'm trying to use the multicam feature. I have 3 videos and they all were filmed at different start times, so I synced them manually in the timeline panel. Now they're all synced up. How do I now get it into the Multicam mode so that they all start at their respective times and don't all start from 0:00?

I'm sorry if this is a n00b question but again I'm new to Premiere Pro.

You need to setup your multiclip from the bin not in the timeline/sequence.

So go to your original 3 clips in the project bin and set their in points to the same timecode you have already manually set them at the beginning of your timeline.

Select all three clips (in the bin) and then right click and choose "Create Multi-camera source sequence".

In the dialogue box that pops up select > Synchronise Point as "In Points"

This will create a Multicam-clip in your project bin that can then be placed into a timeline/sequence.

There's a lot more to cover - setting audio, toggling multicam view in the program window, option/alt clicking the multicam clip to open up thhe multicam sequence etc, so I would suggest you search for a tutorial on Multicam in Premiere Pro.

It takes a while to get your head around Multi-cam!
